Practical HR support for businesses that care about doing things right.

For more than five years, I’ve helped small businesses and nonprofits navigate the people side of running an organization, from hiring and onboarding to employee issues, compliance, and difficult conversations.

I don’t assume that most business owners are trying to become HR experts. Instead, I think you’re trying to run your business, take care of your customers, and support your employees, while keeping up with California’s ever-changing employment laws.

I provide practical, people-focused HR support that helps you reduce risk, solve problems, and build systems that actually work. Whether you need help with a compliance gap, a challenging employee situation, or simply want better HR processes in place, I meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

My background in psychology, teaching, research, and social work taught me how to listen carefully, understand complex situations, and navigate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity.

I bring that same approach to HR.
