Social responsibility has driven Carlyn's work her whole adult life. A background in teaching, research, and social work, is what she brings to Human Resources. 

Since 2020, she has helped nonprofits and small businesses comply with HR regulations and build their teams. She's earned a BA and an MA in Psychology from USC and an MSHR from Pepperdine.
