As a human resources consultant serving small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits across the country for five years, I've seen business owners’ overwhelm when it comes to all the human resources regulations on top of everything else you’re doing for clients/customers and daily operations.
So I help organizations like yours navigate employment regulations AND create workplaces where teams thrive. From compliance to employee culture,
I go beyond HR softwares and put the ‘human’ back in human resources.
Social responsibility has been a driving force in my life, and my experiences in teaching, research, and social work have all strengthened my professional toolkit. I've earned a BA and an MA in Psychology from USC and an MSHR from Pepperdine.
