As a human resources consultant serving small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits across California, I've seen how tough it can be to manage hiring, terminations, retention, and compliance. Social responsibility has driven me my whole life. I bring experience in teaching, research, and social work. And lots of passion and excitement. Since 2020, I've helped nonprofits and small businesses comply with HR regulations and build their teams. I've earned a BA and an MA in Psychology from USC and an MSHR from Pepperdine.
